I am married with two children, and am based in Swaffham, Norfolk.
I decided to start Bell's Admin Solutions so that I could build something for myself that I could be proud of, whilst continuing to do what I love and help other small business owners with their admin needs.
I have worked in administrative roles for over 20 years, predominantly within the agriculture sector, but with skills that can be adapted to many industries.
Attention to detail is key for me, and I take pride in ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard.
I work well on my own, but am also very happy to work as part of a team when required.

Construction and maintenance of spreadsheets using Excel, including data entry and utilising pivot tables and charts for reporting purposes.
Production of a variety of documents using Word, including reports, letters and business documents e.g. job descriptions, agreements, and safety documentation.
Creation and formatting of presentations and reports using Powerpoing, including animation to bring more dimention to your meetings.
Experience in event organisation, both on small and large scales. From helping with meeting & conference organisation, to open days and team outings.
Use of Canva to create a range of documents, from business papers and social media posts to newsletters and leaflets.
Ability to assist with email and diary management using Outlook and other software packages. Organisation of meetings including room bookings. Maintenance of electronic filing systems.
